Kathmandu — The trailer for the upcoming Nepali comedy-drama Hami Teen Bhai has been released, and it is already striking a chord with audiences for its warmth, humor, and deeply relatable family dynamics. The production team unveiled the trailer on Monday through the OSR YouTube channel.

What the Trailer Reveals

The story follows three inseparable brothers — played by Binod Neupane, Kushal Bisht, and Phalit Rai — who grew up honoring their late parents' final wish: to never be separated. Through the years, their bond holds firm across every aspect of village life, from farming to everyday disputes — including the younger brothers genuinely wondering why their older brother hasn't scolded them on a given day.

But everything changes when the younger two brothers get married. As new families form, old loyalties are tested, and the brothers begin pushing for a division of property. The once unbreakable bond between the three begins to crack under the weight of land, inheritance, and the quiet but corrosive influence of outside pressures — including the film's sharp commentary on land-plotting and real estate greed that has crept into rural Nepali society.

When the eldest brother, fed up with the dispute, tells his siblings to bring back their late father if they want him to settle things, the brothers track down their father's look-alike — played by Rajaram Poudel — setting the stage for a series of comic and emotionally resonant confrontations.

Director Madhusudhan Bhattarai has crafted a comedy that does not sacrifice heart for laughs. The trailer hints at a film that uses humor as a vehicle for something more meaningful — a meditation on family, greed, memory, and what it really means to keep a promise made to the people you love.

An Ensemble Cast to Watch

The trailer showcases the full ensemble, including Laxmi Bardewa, Jahanvi Basnet, Ashma Giri, Rajaram Poudel, Rabindra Jha, Bishnu Sapkota (Harke Haldar), Bikas Chapagain, Sushma Niraula, Yadav Devkota (Sarape), Anju Hamal, Tara Sharma, Pawan KC, Rama Bisht, Biren Shrestha, Sushma Jimba, Khinna Bahadur Bhandari (Bhole), Govinda Prasad Poudel, Bhumika Giri, Tekraj Poudel, and Amritman Maharjan, among others — a lineup that spans generations of beloved Nepali actors.
