Kathmandu — The upcoming film Ek Mutthi Badal has released a new song, "Pallo Ghar," and it arrives as a quietly beautiful piece that captures the emotional interior of a young woman on the eve of her marriage.
Written, composed, and performed entirely by Shreya Rai, the song accompanies a music video that places lead actress Aanchal Sharma at its center. The visuals unfold around the gentle chaos of wedding preparations, but the emotional core is turned inward — the character's mind drifting through old memories of the home she is about to leave behind, every room and corner holding a piece of who she has been.
The film stars Aanchal Sharma, Nisha Sharma, Usha Rajak, Bhima Mainali, Asmita Gautam, Shekhar Chapagain, Manish Niraula, Sahayog Adhikari, Gaurav Bisht, and Aviralpartap Adhikari, among others. It is produced by Abhimanyu Dikshit with Nikun Shrestha as executive producer, and features an almost entirely female creative leadership including cinematographer Linh Dan Nguyen Phan, production designer Yashasvi Sabharwal, editor Gaurav Mallik, art director Agrani Thakuri Jha, costume designer Janaki Kadayat, and makeup artist Kirti Joshi. Chief assistant director is Marna James. The film is jointly produced by Gauthali Entertainment and Man Production, and will be distributed in Nepal by RR Films.
