Kathmandu — Actor Kabir Khadka has been confirmed as the male lead of an upcoming Nepali love story titled "Mero Prem Adhuro," directed by Pravesh Paudel — his third feature film after America Boys and Bihe Pass.
Two female leads are still being sought through an open audition process that has now commenced alongside the film's formal production announcement. The film will shoot in Nepal starting in Saun, followed by additional schedules in Europe and Australia — giving the project a distinctly international scope.
The film is produced jointly under Sitara Films and Kabir Khadka Films by Surendra Rawal, with Kabir himself also serving as co-producer. He expressed a clear creative intention: to deliver a beautiful love story that audiences will genuinely feel.
Technical credits include DOP Sharad Mahato, music by Arjun Katuwal, and creative director Bam Bahadur Thapa. Co-producer is Karan Khadka.
