Bkey Agrawal is a dynamic storyteller whose creative journey spans stand-up comedy, filmmaking, acting, and directing. Born on December 20, 1991, in Mangan Bazar, North Sikkim, he has built a name for himself by blending humor with cultural nuance. His rise to prominence was marked by his performance on Nepal’s Comedy Champion Season 2, where he stood out as the first Golden Key winner and “Performer of the Round.” Beyond comedy, Bkey’s passion for storytelling shines through his filmmaking—he directed The Forbidden Gumpa, which was selected for an international film festival in Los Angeles, and Mohan Ra Madan, Sikkim’s first short film that explores queer relationships. He co-founded Hasais Katle, the region’s first open mic stand-up comedy club, which has become a launchpad for emerging comedians and a popular YouTube presence. With a B.Com degree from Gyan Jyoti College, Bkey sees himself not just as a performer but as a narrator of truths—using laughter and cinematic expression to connect with audiences. His philosophy is simple yet profound: “I call myself a storyteller. When I narrate humorously, it’s stand-up. When I narrate artistically, it becomes a film.” Poised to make his feature film debut, Bkey Agrawal continues to push creative boundaries with originality, pride, and heart.
