Himesh Panta, a talented comedian from Nepal, gained fame as the winner of Comedy Champion Season 1 in 2020. His logical humor and content-based approach have made him popular among Nepalese youngsters. Born on December 18 in Dhading, Nepal, Himesh grew up in a middle-class family. His father was involved in producing donuts and bread, while his mother was a housewife. Himesh excelled academically and completed his schooling in Dhading before moving to Kathmandu for further studies. He attended Nepal Kasthamandap SS/College for intermediate education and then joined Amrit Science College (ASCOL) for his bachelor’s degree.

Himesh’s journey as a comedian began with mimicry, imitating Nepali political leaders. However, he soon realized that content was crucial for success. He joined the YouTube channel Comedy Circle, which specialized in stand-up comedy. His breakthrough came with Comedy Champion, Nepal’s first reality show dedicated to comedy. Himesh Panta clinched the title in Season 1, winning a cash prize of 25 lakhs and a car.

Currently single after a recent breakup, Himesh remains focused on creating content for Comedy Champion. His journey from a talented mimicry artist to a celebrated comedian showcases his dedication and passion for making people laugh.
