Om Sunar (Nepali: ओम सुनार) is a Playback Singer from Nepal. He was born on March 16, 1987, in the Surkhet district of Nepal. Om Sunar has been actively involved in the music industry since 2009 AD. His singing journey began in 2066 BS with his debut song titled “Maga Timi k Magchhau,” which was featured in the album “Sugandha.” Known for approximately 250 Nepali and Hindi tracks, including hits like “Aamaile Bhanthe” and “Buddha Born In Nepal,” Sunar excels not only in singing but also in music composition and arrangement. His versatile talents extend to composing for Nepali films and albums.
Om Sunar has received recognition and awards for his contributions to music. Notably, he was honored at the Sagarmatha Music Award 2022 and the Natyaswara Music Award 2023. His soulful voice and versatile singing abilities have captivated audiences both nationally and internationally, making him one of the most famous Nepali singers.
