How do I create an account?

Create an account in 3 ways:

  1. Email Registration: Use email and password
  2. Google Login: Sign in with Google account
  3. Facebook Login: Sign in with Facebook

After registration, verify your email via OTP. Admin-created accounts receive a temporary password via email that must be changed on first login.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  2. Enter your registered email
  3. Check your email for reset link
  4. Click the link and set a new password

Passwords must be at least 8 characters with mixed case, numbers, and symbols.

Why do I need to change my password after admin creates my account?

For security reasons:

  • Admin-generated passwords are temporary (12+ characters)
  • They expire in 7 days
  • First login requires password change
  • Ensures only you know your password

You'll receive login credentials via email. Change the password immediately on first login to something memorable.

What can I do in my profile?

Your profile includes:

  • Basic Info: Edit name, email, photo
  • Activity: View liked/disliked movies, wishlist, seen list
  • Reviews: See all your movie reviews and ratings
  • Advertisements: Manage your active ads and view analytics

Access your profile from the top menu after logging in.

Why is my account locked?

Accounts are locked for security after:

  • 5 failed login attempts
  • Suspicious activity detected
  • Multiple IP violations

To unlock:

  1. Wait 15 minutes for auto-unlock
  2. Contact admin support
  3. Use password reset link

Admin can manually unlock accounts from the admin panel.
