Kathmandu — With its theatrical release on Chaitra 13 drawing closer, the team behind the upcoming Nepali comedy-drama Hami Teen Bhai is keeping the promotional momentum strong. Following their poster and trailer, the production team has now unveiled a new song titled "Jhamke Phuli Nakko Phuli, Kānmā Jhumkā Lāu Hai Thuli," released Friday through the OSR Digital YouTube channel.
The song is rooted in a folk musical style, giving it an instantly warm and familiar energy that reflects the film's rural Nepali spirit. It features vocals by Saap Shakti and Asmita Adhikari, with music composed by Saap Shakti himself, lyrics written by Suwal Mani Sapkota, and musical arrangement by Maharaj Thapa.
The music video showcases cast members Phalit Rai, Jahanvi Basnet, Kushal Bisht, and Ashma Giri in a lively and colorful dance sequence, framed by scenes of rural village life that bring out the authentic Nepali flavors the film is clearly aiming to celebrate. The rustic visuals and traditional aesthetic add a layer of charm that makes the song feel both nostalgic and joyful.
Hami Teen Bhai is a comedy and social drama directed by Madhusudhan Bhattarai, with the story centering on three inseparable brothers navigating the tensions that arise when family bonds are tested by property disputes and changing relationships. The film stars Binod Neupane, Kushal Bisht, and Phalit Rai in the lead roles, supported by Laxmi Bardewa, Rajaram Poudel, Rabindra Jha, Bishnu Sapkota (Harke Haldar), Bikas Chapagain, Sushma Niraula, and Yadav Devkota (Sarape), among others.
The film is produced by Triratna Shrestha and Manoj Shrestha under the banner of Prasiddhi Cine Arts Pvt. Ltd., with Bikram Tamang as executive producer. Screenplay and dialogues are by Shivam Adhikari, cinematography by Shiva Dhakal, editing by Banish Shah, and music by Saap Shakti and Babul Giri.
