Kathmandu — Director Michael Chand, who delivered last year's Ram Nam Satya — which grossed approximately Rs. 3.5 crore at the Nepali box office — has officially announced his next film. Titled "Herai," it will be produced under Michael Entertainment House and marks a significant creative departure for the director: a pure love story.
"This time, we are making a film entirely in the love story genre," Chand said. "This film will tell the story of how perspective changes from person to person — 'Ek Herai, Anek Bujhai'" (One sight, many interpretations) — the film's tagline.
Pre-production is currently underway, with shooting planned to begin within a few months. A cast has not yet been finalized. The film will be produced by Kishore Bhatt, Hemant Shah, and Sweta Bimali, with co-producers Rajendra Bhatt and Arjun Sunar. Chand has also indicated plans to release the film within the same year.
