The film is produced under the banner of Kali Rani Films by Kali Rani Shrestha, presented by Navin Shrestha, and directed by Basanta Niraula. Story, screenplay, and dialogues are by Sushil Poudel, with cinematography by Shyam Tamang. Paanch Pandav is targeting a Tihar festival release to reach the widest possible audience during the holiday period.
