His directorial debut came with the hit film "Mero Euta Saathi Chha" (2009), which was inspired by the Korean movie Millionaire's First Love. The film's success marked a turning point in Nepali cinema, establishing Sudarshan as one of the leading directors in the field.
He is particularly celebrated for his romantic films that often feature deep emotional stories.
