"Baa: Ek Yoddha" Reveals Four More Cast Members After Completing Shoot

Kathmandu — With principal photography complete and post-production now underway, the team behind Baa: Ek Yoddha has officially revealed four additional cast members: Sagar Khanal, Shishir Shiwakoti, Supriya Sharma, and Shavi Thapa.
Throughout the entire shooting period, the production team had maintained strict secrecy about much of the cast, having only previously announced lead actors Jharna Thapa, Suhana Thapa, and Divyadev Pant. The reveal of four more names now gives audiences a fuller picture of the ensemble.
Among the newly announced names, Sagar Khanal has previously appeared in 11:55, while Shishir Shiwakoti is known from Behuli From Meghauli and Sano Sansar. For Supriya Sharma and Shavi Thapa, this marks their acting debut.
Directed and written by musician and composer Hari Lamsal, Baa: Ek Yoddha tells the emotional story of a father's sacrifices, lifelong struggles, and challenges endured for the sake of his children's bright futures. The film is produced by Basanta Lamsal, whose previous production was Karma featuring Bipin Karki, making this his second film. Technical credits include cinematography by Shivaram Shrestha and chief assistant direction by Taranath Neupane. The film is produced under the banner of Artistic Entertainment.
Baa: Ek Yoddha is set to release on Bhadra 19, coinciding with Krishna Janmashtami, sharing its release date with Kakakiki and Station.
